Club Pilates

During this program, students will be taken through a series of exercises that focus on control, concentration and core strength. 

Pilates lengthens and stretched all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. This program will help students in improving flexibility, strength, balance and most importantly, body awareness.

Learning and developing a range of fundamental movement skills also provides students with increased confidences levels, build self-esteem and allow them to feel the benefits of being healthy and active.
