Bringing the music and dance culture of Latin America, this is a fierce, fun and exhilarating dance fitness party moving through the rhythms of ChaCha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble & Jive.

Club Latin is an extreme dance experience with Latin inspired music where students enjoy a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle, conditioning, balance and flexibility whilst discovering the rhythm of your body through the motion of dance.

Moving through a range of movements at a slow steady pace to the sensual music will open the hip flexors and lengthen the muscles.

THE EXTRME DANCE EXPERIENCE

Cha Cha Cha

Cha Cha Cha, into the core! The fast paced dance from Cuba is a rhythmic workout that targets the core and allows the hips to rotate while maintaining isolation. Compact steps with high intensity get the heart rate going giving a total cardio session.

Samba

Traditionally from Brazil the distinctive Samba rhythms will shimmy and shake away the blues. You won’t even realize you are exercise at all with the festive mood of the dance. Carnival celebrations in Rio you will forget your troubles and be swept away by the percussion while you get an allover bodywork that out concentrates on the knees and strengthening the ankles.

Rumba

Slow things down and work on the stability in your body. Traditionally a slow, serious dance the Rumba will help stretch out the body and extend the body through a range of movements, increasing flexibility and sensitivity.

Paso Doble

A trip around the world takes you to Spain. This theatrical Spanish dance promotes a discipline rarely experiences by any other type of exercise. Good posture and coordination are developed while promoting self-confidence. A Matador headed into battle or the sweeping cape of the matador are characteristics adopted while maintaining balance. The marching nature of the dance incorporates a cardio and isometric workout complete with a Gypsy feel. You will feel alive and powerful by the time the Paso comes around.

Jive

Finally, we head to the East Coast of the United States of America. A happy, energetic dance with high kicks and flicks, Jive teaches coordination and controlled movements to very fast music. Muscle conditioning with fast action reaction makes Jive a unique fun experience every time.
