This fiercely energetic program has students striking, punching and kicking their way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Club Combat is an empowering group fitness workout where students unleash themselves within a darkened room with laser lights and glow sticks and the extra motivating element of uplifting music.

Mixed up in all that fun, students are also getting a cardiovascular workout by executing simple martial art combinations, resistance/isometric exercises whilst also focusing on strength development with the use of lightweight dumbbells.
