The programs promote an inclusive and FUN environment for students through dance and fitness in order to encourage a lifelong commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle. Her unique approach to fitness helps young people unleash and free their natural desire to move and express themselves through MUSIC and exhilarating non-competitive fitness.

Each program is aligned with the Australian Curriculum for Health & PE and has been designed to provide students with diverse ways to exercise, offering an alternative to traditional sport whilst encouraging genuine interaction, fostering mutual respect and building strong self-confidence in a safe environment.


Nikki believes that her programs instil a positive mindset in today’s youth for healthy living that will stay with them throughout their lives. This can only be an advantage in whatever path they choose to take.

Each program has already been tested and incorporated into many schools and the results have been overwhelmingly positive. Take the competition out of fitness and instead provide an atmosphere to allow students to create their own fitness journey with the support of their peers.

We are aware that a great number of students are worried about how they look and how they move. In order for young people to feel confident, they must feel safe, comfortable and enjoy what they are doing. Through music and movement, we help increase self-esteem and establish a life-long love for physical activity.

The advantages of exercising in a group fitness class, whilst absorbing the energy of music, provides not only a full body workout, but increases energy levels, sleep quality and concentration at school, to name a few!
